Currently, I offer online therapy only, with sessions lasting 50 minutes. Most clients choose to meet on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on their individual needs, goals, and personal circumstances.

To help therapy fit into your life, I offer flexible appointments, including evening and weekend availability, making it easier to schedule around work, family, or other commitments.

Why Online Therapy?

Online therapy provides a convenient, effective, and accessible way to engage in psychological support. It allows for greater flexibility and consistency, especially for those with demanding lifestyles.

For many people, online therapy removes the logistical barriers that might otherwise delay or interrupt treatment, such as long working hours, childcare responsibilities, or the challenge of fitting appointments around a busy schedule. 

 

Crucially, research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person work when delivered by a qualified professional.
