Currently, I offer online therapy only, with sessions lasting 50 minutes. Most clients choose to meet on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on their individual needs, goals, and personal circumstances.

To help therapy fit into your life, I offer flexible appointments, including evening and weekend availability, making it easier to schedule around work, family, or other commitments.
